On-Call Receptionist

Immediate opening for an On-Call Receptionist needed to fill-in when regular receptionists are unavailable to work full or partial shifts which are typically 4-5 hours per shift.

Typical work duties include:
• Answering all incoming telephone calls
• Greeting visitors
• Providing customer service to members and guests
• Providing support to Gym Supervisor
• Assisting with membership services
• Perform other clerical support staff duties as required.

This is a W-2 employment opportunity (not Independent Contractor or Internship opportunity). As with all volunteers and employees, the chosen candidate will have to undergo a background check via LiveScan.

The ideal candidate for the On-Call Receptionist position will have sufficient customer service, clerical and professional communications experience and skills, as well as, practical knowledge and experience working in a front office.

Rate of pay depends on experience
