What's Needed...

...To Reserve a room?

1. Room reservation request (via form or online system)
2. A $50 reservation deposit
3. Approval by our staff

Your request will remain in Pending status until reservation deposit is received.   We will contact you with more details. 

...To Secure Reservation?

1. $200 refundable damage deposit (check held and undeposited if no damages)
2. Certificate of Insurance
3. Signed Agreement

...To Finalize Reservation?

1. Balance of rental fees
2. Setup instructions and diagram (if applicable)
